Mike is a good dude. I have a "smart fridge" by Samsung and was having issues with water dispenser. Samsung warranty would of taken weeks to get inspection and repair. Mike came out and fixed the water line (clogged) and replaced with new filter. Good as new.

I called Monday morning to get a dryer repaired. Michael came out in a couple of hours, he diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. He was well prepared and a clean efficient repair person.
